• Scanning issues: the barcode format (e.g. PDF417), your device and browser, and whether camera, upload, or both fail. If possible, attach the image — it never touches our servers unless you email it.
• Format requests: which symbology you need and what you use it for.
• Privacy or legal: see the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions first — most answers are already there.

We aim to reply within a few days. Your address is used only to answer you — never shared, sold, or added to any list.
