Getting a PDF417 to resolve
Matrix codes need all four edges crisp and still for a beat. Fill ~70% of the frame, brace the phone, and for screen codes upload the source image instead of photographing the display.

Fallbacks that work
- A — Flatten the label; curves smear bars at edges.
- B — Back off slightly so autofocus can lock, then drift in.
- C — Key the printed digits into "Key it in" — same tray, same export.
